The club is 81 years old and has a distinctly British / Irish club (with Australian influences) flavour. Our club culture is legendary as a result of our active socialising and we have the best bunch of lads in Victorian football We are looking to move up into the State League in the coming years and would make welcome any good quality backpackers interested in playing in Melbourne for a year. We are able to provide any players coming over with temporary accommodation (4 weeks) so that you can get yourself settled in and find a job. We are unable to guarantee work but will do anything we can to assist you finding something when you get here. There may also an opportunity to earn some pocket money coaching.
